All items purchased from Medifeet website can be returned within 7 days of delivered.

Note: – There is no cost involved for return shipping.
Once the request is processed, the return order will be picked up from the address provided by you while placing the return request.
Item for your returns should comply with the following conditions:
- Unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
- In the same packaging box so as to assure that the pair doesn’t get damaged in-transit back to us.
- In case of purchase of multiple quantities the same SKU (size variant), all quantities need to be returned.
- Always make an unboxing video so that it ensures the product issues.
- If you choose to self-ship your returns instead of using medifeet return logistics, kindly write us to @ firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than Medifeet, the inquiry must be made directly though that retailer.
- Refunds will be initiated in 48 hours and amount may take up to 4 – 14 days depending upon your bank to reflect in your account.

Exchanging products is not possible. Please enter a new order in the www.medifeetcare.com.
Cancellation by Medifeet
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations of quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
Cancellations by the customer
If we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been invoiced, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
